Kaseya Integrations

In this section, you will find the following integrations with other Kaseya products:

KaseyaOne: KaseyaOne is the customer portal and central hub for all Kaseya modules. This page allows you to configure the KaseyaOne unified login.
Integration with IT Glue: The Autotask integration with IT Glue allows you to access IT Glue documents and password, and to view and complete IT Glue checklists in Autotask.
Integrated Service Ticketing: The Integrated Service Ticketing feature allows other Kaseya modules to integrate with Autotask by having their alerts create tickets in Autotask.
Integrated Customer Billing: With Integrated Customer Billing enabled, an invoice is generated from the billing metrics of other Kaseya modules integrated with KaseyaOne, right in Autotask.
VSA 10 Integration: You can now see details from a VSA 10 device on the Device page.
